Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may not be available in certain situations. Requests submitted more than 14 days after the delivery date may not qualify for approval. Additional conditions may apply depending on the nature of the return request.
When returning an item, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as 5D Pickleball cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved for reasons other than a defective or incorrect item, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the final refund amount.
